Silent Auction & Gala

On September 5th, we hosted an elegant and lively Gala and Silent Auction, that turned out to be a wonderful success! Thank you to everyone who donated items, volunteered their time, and came out to support BGSA. Once our General Member Meeting ended, we enjoyed an evening full of bidding, mingling, and celebration together. We’d also like to give a huge shoutout to Genesis for crafting our special science-themed cocktails. They were creative, delicious, and definitely a highlight of the night! We’d also like to recognize Elias Faria for providing the incredible Brazilian snacks. The coxinhas (chicken croquettes), bolinhas de queijo (cheese balls), and risoles (ham and cheese) were all crowd favorites! In the end, we raised $555 through the auction and membership fees! Thank you to everyone who bid on the donated items and renewed their memberships. Your support helps BGSA continue planning more events and opportunities for our community. We are truly grateful for everyone’s involvement and generosity.
